First off, today i ate: a banana, tangerine + a yogurt (50) for breakfast, two mini fried chicken and leafy salad with low calorie spicy sauce wraps and a leafy green salad with veg and tuna.
But I've also had TONS OF FRUIT. I want to lose some excess fat and I've been told that i can snack on unlimited fruit/veg but it seems to good to be true that i don't count those calories?
Today I ran 30 minutes and did 15 minutes power walking. Sometimes I do stomach exercises and inner thigh toning stretches and occasionaly lift weights from lying down and pushing upwards to work on the chest muscles. I often lose motivation because I keep thinking in the long run I'm not going to notice anything!
I want to lose weight quickly, i've cut out foods high in carbs like (I think) break, potatoes, pasta, rice.
I'm worried that I'm not doing things right.
