University Student Wants to get Back in Competitve Shape

I'm a first-year female university student. I compete in high level soccer but since starting school, I've put on some weight and have lost my fitness. I have very little time on my hands so I've been eating junk for almost every meal. I usually weigh about 155lbs. but now I'm up around 170lbs. My goal is to get down to about 140lbs as although I'm not overly tall, I have a naturally stocky, muscular build (broad shoulders and hips). I have access to a fully equipped gym as well as the following fitness classes:
Cardio Kickbox
Boot Camp & Tone
Athletic Style Step
Advanced Step
Intermediate Step
Body Bar Sculpt
Body Bar Interval
Absolute Abs
High/Low & Absolute Abs
Pilates Toning
Morning Fit
Trim & Tone
On the Ball

I also have unlimited access to an olympic sized pool.

I was wondering if anyone could suggest some of these classes, what I should eat, how much to exercise, any tips at all really, to get back into shape. I'm on my own so I could really use some help! Thanks.
 
First you have to eliminate all your junk foods. Substitute it with healthy foods. Calculate your daily maintenance calories and eat 500 cals less. Eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day.Do regular cardio and weight training.
