So, here I am, ready to recommit myself to losing weight. And, unlike all the times before, I'm determined that my efforts will last longer than a month! :p

If you can't be bothered to read this, that's fine. Even just the thought that someone somewhere might read this will probably be enough to hold me accountable.

I currently weigh 210 lbs and am 5'4. Not good. Since I don't foresee a two foot growth spurt in my near future, I guess the only option is to lose weight! (Forgive the lame sense of humour; it's late where I am :eek:)

The goal is to lose 5-10 lbs each month, until I reach my yet-to-be-determined goal weight. Should be a piece of cake, right?

Mmm, cake.
