Well it has been awhile since I have been here. I got a treadmill around Christmas, but because some thing came up I didn't set it up as soon as I wanted to. I finally got it put together and you guessed it IT DOESN"T WORK! I called the place I got it from and they said to call the company that makes them. Well I have been getting a run around no matter who I talk with. The treadmill lights come on but the motor does not run. I hope they don't want to fix this I WANT a new one. I did not pay all that money for a broken treadmill. I have yet talked to a real person, I left messages and emailed them with my complaint, but nothing yet. I am really mad. Thanks for the vent.

omg, thats awful! i dont know if theres much you can do at this point? some places have a 90 day policy. do you still have the receipt?

I finally got through to the company. They will be getting back to me early next week. They will either replace the console (which is the problem) or give me a new treadmill. On one hand I want a new one, but I already set this one up so just replacing the console is not so hard to do. We shall see ! Thanks wonderwoman for your reply. Oh yeah by the way, I do have the receip but the place I bought it said I had a 30 day return policy, I thought it was 90 also. Goes to show you, read everything when you make a major purchase.
