Uneven muscle growth

Hi everyone
I starting a workout routin about a month ago
its going great i feel stronger and my muscles look better
but i have a problem
my right side is a lot bigger then my left
I used to play tennis for 10 years or so
so from that my right side got huge while my left side stayed small and skinny
there is about an inch and a half in difference in the bicep from right to left
so if anyone can help me out
like what is a good way to fix this

Generally one side will be stronger, or bigger, than the other. We use our dominant side more, so it makes sense. I would suggest working your left side a little harder until stuff evens out.

when you say work it harder do u mean
do more reps with the left side
or lift bigger weights with the left side like 20pound db in left and 15pound db in right ?

ok so today i have started to mix in some unilateral exercises into my routine
but the thing is idk if i am doing it right
ok so i was working on my bicep and tricep today
so i did 5 sets for each muscles mixing in unilateral
so i would do bilateral then the next set do bilateral with unilateral in it at the end of each set
then bilateral and so on
is this the correct way to do it??
i really need advice

Hopefully you didnt do a whole session on bis and tris but anyway.

What I would do is just stick with heavy unilateral work and hope that they even out. Thats what I did with my uneven chest problem. Its a matter of opinion but I have never been a huge fan of working one side harder than another.

ok here is kinda of my exercise program that i do

1 work out = 5 sets = ex 25

1 set = ex1 ex2 ex 3 ex 4

2set = ex1 ex2 ex 3 ex 4 some unilateral ex

3 set = ex1 ex2 ex 3 ex 4

4 set = ex1 ex2 ex 3 ex 4 some unilateral ex

5 set = ex1 ex2 ex 3 ex4

I do this 6 days a week by concentrating a different muscle every day
