You may have already tried this but ill suggest it anyway:
When a body builder lacks symmetry they generally will focus on dumbell, and one armed/legged work. For example, since your chest is uneven, do dumbell presses, one armed pec dec etc to isolate each side of your chest. Choose a weight that your smaller side will struggle to the last rep and use the same weight on the other side. It might be easy to finish the last rep with the bigger side, but you'll be giving your smaller side a chance to catch up.
