uneven abs?

hi
so I have an an issue. my left side abs are structured in a 4x2/8-pack form. however my right side is formed as a six pack. this means that I pretty much have a 7 pack which is something I don't want (obviously).
how could I change my right side to a 4x2 form and have even abs?

Hiya,
Thats doesn't sound like a bad problem, im stuck with a one pack at the moment and its a bit wobbly, would love some advice on how to turn my one pack into a 6, 7 or 8 pack. lol.

Cheers Del

So, you've got 4 on one side and 3 on the other? I think that's just the way you are.

The number of abdominal sections you have is due to your genetics. I have a six pack, my friend has an 8 thats just the way it is. It might be due to you just having a 7pack normaly. But if the side of your abdominal muscle that is more dominet (as in some people are left handed and some are right handed) has more sections to it it might be due to why right handed people have stronger right arms than left. If you get where im going with this, try working out the other side more, but do both sides during a work out. Maybe one leg raises on the side that is not up to par with the other. If not it might just be who you are.
Good luck!

Not exactly. The number of abdominal sections that you have is the same as every other human being. Rectus Abdominis

You genetics will (with exercise and diet) determine how your abdominal muscles will show.

I think it's 5% of population that have an 8 - pack... 4/6/8 (in your case 7) pack are genetic man....

Anatomically speaking, everyone has the same number of abdominal "partitions" to the rectus abdominis. The rectus abdominis has 8 "sections" which are created by the connective tissue that holds the muscle in place.

When refering to a "6-pack," only the upper six square-like sections are noticeably visible. A 7- or 8-pack refers to situations in which 1 or 2 of the lowest sections are also visible. But just because someone is only showing a 4 or 6 pack doesn't mean that the other sections are not still present.
