Hi. I hope this is the right place to post this.
Basically for the last 8 months I have been trying to lose weight with little results. I have drastically improved my diet eating lots of vegetables with every dinner whilst getting sources of protein often. I have started drinking green tea and water and do not drink coffee or fizzy drinks. As I am a student at the moment, I cannot afford a gym membership. therefore I jog whenever I have time and I also walk at least 30-40 minutes every day, usually more.
I just cannot seem to lose weight. It's my belly where it is noticeable. Its very strange. When I am clothed I do not actually look like I have any fat on me, but I do.
Anyway to cut a long story short. I think the reason I may not be losing weight is the fact that I eat big portions of food at meal times as a healthy diet does not seem to satisfy my hunger with normal portions. Occasionaly I will also binge eat junk food as I am so starved of it.
I know it is better to lose weight slowly without a complete overhaul, but I tried this for 4 months and didn't lose a pound.
Can anything give me some advice or point me in the right direction?
Also are there any exercises of intense cardio that I can do in my bedroom?
