Hey guys,

I've heard that Ultimate Diet 2.0 <link removed> helped a lot of people to burn their body fats for no time. I was wondering if any of you tried it? If you have please share your opinion with me....

For those who do not know what is Ultimate Diet 2.0 I read about it on <link removed - not sure why you needed it twice on three lines> and everything is explained very good.

Looking forward to your opinions :) :) :)

I have had to change your posting as it contravenes our rules which are there to prevent people coming to the forum in order to advertise products.

I have not followed the diet that you mention - I never needed to when I lost 168 pounds several years ago.

I can say that you are asking about a book by Lyle McDonald who is an author who I respect.

Instead of trying to follow a single diet plan - it may benefit you to read a number of his general articles on the subject of body recomposition. I would recommend that people do this instead of trying to adopt a general diet plan.

For the regular folk just trying to lose weight, I really don't think you should be trying to do the Ultimate Diet. It is a diet for already lean folks trying to get even leaner, it's basically aimed to athletes and intermediate - advanced bodybuilders.

If you go to Lyle's FAQ, he says the following about the UD;

If you are a lean bodybuilder or athlete who needs to lean out while maintaining performance and you aren’t in a hurry, The Ultimate Diet 2.0 is probably your best choice.

And on his product description he says;

Please note: the UD2 is an advanced diet for advanced dieters and is only for those seeking very low levels of body fat. A male should be at 12-15% body fat or lower and females at 21-24% body fat or lower prior to considering the UD2. As well trainees must have at least 6 months of consistent training in the weight room under their belt before they even consider the UD2.

IMHO, and if you want to get one of Lyle's books, I think a guide to flexible dieting would be the best suited for most people who are just trying to shed some fat.
