uhhh..

I'm sorry to say this but how come everyone in here hardly ever helps me in there i mean im not saying bad or mean things to you. All of you guys help everyone but me i dont understand why do u guys not like me or something?
 
we would love to help you and do but allot of your questions are "should i eat this..." questions, we cant make every single decision for you on your diet, you need to think about whats good and dont freak out about carbs and all that, just eat healthy.
 
From what I've read, lots of people have helped you. They explain things simply, and graciously, to the extent that they can.

I must say it is hard you read your posts without proper grammar...so it's hard to make out what you're asking and respond fitfully.
 
Hardly help you? You email me all the time! I try to answer every question you have!

Also, you need to remember who frequents these boards.

1. People who have lost/gained weight, built muscle/strength who are willing to share their tips and experiences to help others.

2. People who really want to lose weight for various reasons who come here to get advice from people who have done what they want to do.

3. People who frequent our board looking for a quick fix and to get results without putting in hard work (these people usually lurk, but don't post)

We're not doctors (some of us may be, but most of us aren't), and were not nutritionists. All we are is a group of people trying to lend advice and support. How do we know what works? Weve done it. In my 2 fitness phases of my life (pre and post knee injury) I have lost 80 lbs total. All we can tell you is what is supposed to work. This forum contains all the information you need to learn how to prepare a healthy diet, how to maintain caloric intake, and safe exercising procedures.

aevans i wasnt talking about you man. Im sorry i even posted that i shouldnt have ever did that now everyone probably hates me now.
 
I'm sure Grammaton was being sarcastic... Manderus, from what I've read of your posts it looks like you just need to use a little more common sense [ie Does eating before bedtime lower my metabolism?, Can I eat noodles?, Can I still eat things like KFC?]. Maybe do a little research prior to asking these questions, chances are if you don't find the answer, it will at least get you closer. I'm guilty of posting without doing a search but I don't feel the specific subject matter has been quite as lucid. Of course, if you're researching anything on the internet finding a reliable source may be difficult, so you may want to keep that in mind.

I'm still new here, but this seems to be a very friendly forum. I don't think anyone meant to be mean or upset you. :)

Manderus, keep asking those question. alot ppl come here and just read, they're called lurkers. you're probably asking the same questions many are wondering about themselves.

and by the way i like you very much but we have to keep it on a professional level, i'm very happily married. :D :D :D
 
Well the only reason i ask all these questions is because im still a kid and not very educated about all this health talk. I dont ask questions about kfc or any fast food place. Only today i asked Aevans about red lobster thats the only time. Oh and about the noodle questions i dont know about all the carbs and stuff like how many your suppose to eat in a day and all of that along with the starchy foods. Because i eat a baked potato just about every day and its a starchy food right there with peas.
