Ok I just typed a whole essay length post then lost it!!!!!! Can we say GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

Well, here I go again. I'm 26 years old and live in New York. I've been married to my wonderful husband for 3 1/2 years and we don't have kids yet. I go to school full time and work part time. With my hectic schedule and stress building up, I've gained 15 lbs in less than three months... I've had this binge eating problem ever since I was 13 years old and maybe this is not even anything new to me at all, however, I just want to put a stop to this toxic cycle and I want to be free of going back and forth... I'm 5'1" and 121lbs as of today, but I'm small-framed so every extra pound just SHOWS!

My goal for the rest of the year is.....

40 mins. of exercise 5 times/wk (minimum)
less soda, more veggies/fruit, the usual!
no eating after 7 PM
post diary/result 3 times/wk (at least)!

Cycle 1. Oct 06-Oct 31 : 115 lbs

Please please feel free to leave comments and I will do the same.
I could use encourgament and support from people who understand what I go through...

THANKS!!!!!!

Hi and welcome to the forum!

I feel your pain about the hectic schedule, I study part time and work full time - it gets hard to have time for yourself!
What has helped me heaps is preperation. I prepare EVERYTHING the night before. What I am going to wear, what I need to bring to work, what I am eating. If I am going to the gym before work I make sure everything is packed and ready to go. I also cook my meals for tomorrow's lunch - if it needs to be cooked.

Your probably on the go a lot too. I have found fruit, cheese like babybel, tins of tuna, protein bars are great for snacks on the go.

Good luck! I have similar goals to you, I am trying to reach my goal weight which is at the lower end of the scale, and it really gets hard towards the end! I have found weight training has helped me, make sure you are getting some in during the week!

I'm so glad!!!!

It's such a relief to see that I'm not the only one... yes I spend a great deal of time outside home and when I get back home, I feel exhaaaaausted. Haha! But thanks for your tips! It sounds terrific and doable. Thanks for sharing! :)
