I was wondering, the "flab" on my stomach and my newly attained love handles
are really beginning to bother me. I have started to do crunches and sit ups everyday. Is this the most effective way of losing this extra weight? (I also am doing HIIT running to lose general weight all over my body) Also, last year i developed a cyst on my tailbone. whenever i lay down to do crunches or sit ups, it aggrevates the cyst and im in pain all day. Is there any other way to work your midsection that doesnt involve laying down on the floor? thanks guys.
