Tweak my plan?

I feel like I'm serious this time! I lost a lot 70 pounds and got pneumonia earlier in the year and now am back to being aggressive! My ultimate goal is have the physique of Hugh Jackman or Daniel Craig (I have to have a goal...)

I'm 6'1 weigh 225lbs

I lost 23 pounds in about a month. More than I was expecting to but I haven't had a problem, or felt sick!

My diet is to keep between 1200-1400 calories a day. through 6 meals.

Breakfast: 3 eggs, slice of wheat toast

Lunch: grilled chicken breasts, and asparagus/broccoli or V8 (depending on if I can't choke down any more veggies)

Dinner: grilled fish filet & veggies.

I have 3 snacks of banana, apple, and almonds. Once I start eating I try to eat every two hours to keep from getting hungry and so far it's worked!

Exercise every day: I run/walk/cycle for 10 minutes, then 10 pushups, situps, uppercuts with 20 lbs weights, and as much of a pullup as I can get, and repeat the process twice. So three revolutions! Takes about 45 minutes.

This is also the first time I've ever started taking supplements for weight loss. I'm taking the GNC Pro Performance AMP Ripped Vitapak Program.

That's what I'm doing everyday, and the goal is to get down to a certain point and join a gym to bulk up with muscle! Anyway advice, cringes, tweaks would be appreciated!!!

First off congrats on the progress you've had so far!

Good diet, very well balanced! I should tell you though, that meal timing is irrelevant when it comes to losing weight. As long as at the end of the day, you stay under the total number of calories your body needs to maintain your current weight. But do what you're comfortable with and what works!

Secondly, stay away from any weight loss supplements, they're expensive and don't work, trust me. You don't need them, save your money! It won't make a big (if any) difference. It's not worth the price.

Your routine looks solid as well. Maybe add some squats or lunges in there to stimulate your lower muscle groups!

Hope that helps!
