fat can kinda turn into muscle by working out......since the fat turns into lean muscle via resistance training. Or maybe it gets reduced and is relaced by lean muscle.....hmm.

Fat and muscle are two different types of tissues, therefore one is not replaced by the other. As stated in many replies, you can decrease the amount of body fat and increase the amount of muscle. But don't confuse this as to mean that either tissue turns into the other.
