Turbo Jam

I personally really like it. I've been doing it for about 6 weeks now. They do show you how to do it low impact as well. It definitely makes you sweat. I haven't noticed too much of a change yet as I'm just looking to just tone up, but it's only been six weeks since I started it. I'm not really looking to lose too much weight either, so it may be more effective for others who do want to lose more weight than I do. I think it's fun in my opinion. You don't need too much floor space. I just move my coffee table out of the way and stand between my couch and the tv. I'd say enough room for you to be able to kick your leg out.
