Tuna Salad

Hey guys,
How are u all guys doing. First of all i would like to comment that this is the best forum i have ever been to regarding all my issues. I look over the topics almost everyday even if i dont have a question. I must say this is a great thing.
I have a question if someone can help me with it. I want to know if eating Tuna Salad or Egg Salad is healthier. I workout like 4 times a week. DO like 30 min or cardio and then do some weight lifting. I am a student and dorming so i dont have much choices and i try to avoid all the junk food they try to sell us so all i can find are these sandwitches or salads. Please Advise

I don't know which is "healthier" than the other, but you probobly don't want to eat tuna salad every day, so I would just alternate between them.
 
Put your recipes up, that would help. If you are buying them from a deli or something they probably both have plenty of mayo.
 
thanks for all the replies. yeah i but them from the deli and that was exactly what i was thinking it might contain lots of butter or mayo n stuff in it.
 
yep, the problem with the ones you buy is they're loaded with mayo and fat. i think you can make a much healthier tuna or egg salad if you make it yourself. it's pretty easy to make, i'd go that route.
