Hi everyone!
I just joined this forum and reading everyones stories is a great motivator! I currently weigh 170 pounds, and my goal weight is 140. I would love to get below 140 but I have a bigger frame so not really sure if that's even possible, any feedback or tips would be greatly appreciated!!
My biggest challenge is going to be to cut out soda, and eating out with friends, and going out and having a beer or two (or maybe 4)
I just have to keep in mind what I really want and thats to look really good and feel healthier!!
