Im new to this whole...thing, so bear with me please 
Hey so i'm 14, about 5' something..and weight exactly 150. Not that I have to much of a problem with it. Im a gamer, like to eat, and to be completely honest, am pretty damn lazy xD. All i want is to lose some extra weight, be a bit more idk...active, and well, im a teenager...chicks like skinny guys better so...?
, I cant go to a gym, I dont own any equipment, and I dont plan on buying any and I cant promise any, NO pop or candy diets or anything, but I can deffinantly cut down and try. Recently I've been just doing like...anywhere between 50-300 jumping jacks, with some push ups an a couple sit ups in there too. But I want to hear from a professionals point of view anything I could help improve with and other things that arent to extreme to go with...im 100% new to this whole scene so any help would be appreciated thanks alot
PS, ive also started drinking ALOT more water, an eating ALOT of oranges an salad to help satisfy my craving for other foods, would this be effective or am barely helping at all?
