Ok guys, I have posted before but I'm trying to make things easier. It's just inconvenient for me to go on a full-blown diet, but I have a question.
Basically, I'm nearly 6'1 and the last time I was weighed a few months ago I weighed 167. That's a normal weight, but I'd like to lose my small gut. Mostly I think my problem is that basically, all day, since no one is home, I eat junk food. And alot. For some reason I have not gotten chubby, and I'm glad.
However, my question is: if I cut out most of the junk food from my day's eating, and I exercise/workout every other day, can I lose my small gut/lose body fat? Instead of eating a bag of chips, I could have some corn or rice or something simple instead.
Will this work?
