Hi i'm 18 yrs 170 lbs and 5'11. I work out 3 times a week weight lifting and some cardio. I'm trying to get my fat percentage down and I guess some overall weight. I've been consuming around 1400 calories. Usually a day consists of oatmeal with blueberries, cheesestick, low sugar jelly and low fat peanut butter with wheat bread for peanut butter sandwich, and like a banana and some meat which today was subway though. Anyways i'm not sure how many calories daily and whatnot I should be inducing into myself any help would be awesome!
