Hi Guys,

This is my first time in here and I hope I can pick up some tricks on how to lose the 10 lbs. I used to maintain a 114lbs average and was fairly content. Ideally I'd like to weight between 105-110lbs (height 5'2) but I'd first like the shed the extra 10lbs I've gained in the past year!

I've been going to the gym and my weight has been shifting up and down since then. I have a fairly healthy lifestyle but still working on my weaknesses (binging on a half bag of chips)

I'm 26 yrs old and only recently married. I want to gain back what I've lost. HELP!

Welcome Loona.

I think most of us have gone through half a bag of chips before. :)

You didn't post specifics about your healthy lifestyle or what you do at the gym, but I'm sure you realize that your metabolism slows a little as you age. So you need to make the little changes now that you can take through your lifetime, to lose the little bit you want to lose and to keep from gaining any more.

I was about like you when I was your age, and started gaining 1-2 lbs a year. Well, that adds up over 15 yrs to 15-30 lbs!

So don't beat yourself up when you eat too many chips, just take an extra little walk (or whatever exercise) on those days. Get the chips out of the house. Shop healthy. It's easier not be tempted if it's not in the house, right?

Good luck.

Welcome aboard.

One bag of chips now and then isn't going to kill you. :)

What type of excersises are you doing, maybe you can switch them up.
