Hi y'all. I'm new to the forum and I'm hoping to get some support and tips on losing some weight. I've gained a lot of weight in the past 4yrs and I need to get back to a healthy weight.
I've had two pregnancies. With my first pregnancy I gained lots of weight....about 30lbs! Shortly after giving birth we repatted back to the States (had currently been living in the UK) and I went crazy with the food. I had been away from "home" for almost 3 yrs and had missed so many things that I over indulged and gained about 15 to 20lbs from that. I then got pregnant with my 2nd child and gained about 16lbs from that pregnancy....but I was able to lose that shortly after.
So here I am at age 28 at 196lbs. I've got a long way to go to get to a normal weight range for my height (5'1) but I've just had enough. I've got two lovely daughters (ages 3 & 1) and I want to be a good role model (esp. weight wise).
So here I go.
