As many people do, I have started and ended trying to loose weight, work out etc. many times in the past.
My greatest success that I was most happy with was this past time. I set myself on a good diet (no fast food, drink lots of water, eat more than once per day - basic stuff) and was working out doing variations of pull ups and dips.
I was very satisfied with the building results I started to get - my upper body was getting big - fast. I worked out every other day but did very little cardio.
I'm ready to hop back on the workout truck, but first I have a question:
I want to loose the spare tire this time, so I was thinking of adding cardio (running) and doing my routine more frequently (everyday instead of every other). Besides not bulking as much, as quick - what esle should I watch out for by doing this?
