Trying to loose weight and get a six pack.

Im 16, and in high school.
I weigh about 190lbs, im 6'4 1/2

I currently do not eat breakfast, I eat school lunches (changing that, going to bring lunch starting tomorrow) I eat dinner every night, but at random times. I don't exercise normally, but am willing to change that. I am a horrible runner, and always have been, I can't even run 800 meters without feeling like i'm going to pass out.

All of my bodyfat sticks to my core area, and i'm having a hard time loosing it.

Are there any tips anyone can give me? Anything will be greatly appreciated! I'm really determined to accomplish a six pack!!!

Well, it would be a good idea to eat breakfast, something low in fat, such as gronola, banana, or some other fruit. Just domestic to get you going in the morning.
Beat idea is to take lunch into school, and have something Which isn't too fatty. If you are willing to do exercise, then I would suggest eating some
Carbohydrates to support you cv exercise.
With the exercise, you will always feel like crap after running if you don't run very often. Thats why you need to keep at it. You can also skip, row or swim which are all very good for fat burning and cv workout. However, if you are wanting to loose fat, make sure you are eating less, otherwise, you won't loose any weight, because you need to have it burning off the fat in your own body.

Hey lamar5559. I would start out by eating more fruits and veggies, little known fact is these are the original carbs: fruits/simple carbs and veggies/complex carbs. Since you are young protein is important, I would stick to eggs, including the yolk (despite what you hear this does not cause bad cholesterol and I can prove that), chicken, fish and/or beef. Start out with some basic bodyweight exercises like doing a little circuit: 10-push-ups, 10-15 squats alternate and see how many sets you can do in a 10min time frame 2-3 times a day( you can spread it out). Make sure to get sleep and drink plenty of water at least half your weight in ounces. As for ab exercises I would stick to planks and side planks plus a trick my mother taught me a long time ago, brace your abs at all times even while you walk, sit and do other non related activities. I hope this helps you in your quest for six pack abs, good luck.

Great! Thanks for the tips.
I already flex my abs when I walk, now that I think about it, i'm almost constantly doing that.
