Trying to learn some new workout ideas

Ideas to keep fitness from getting boring...

I was a runner for a lot of years. Then picked up swimming and biking. I also played a lot of soccer. To some degree my back is paying the price but I have devised some great exercises to help. To some degree my work contributes to my lack of fitness. I develop websites and animation. But, on the other hand, I incorporate my knowledge of fitness and nutrition to the websites I manage. is one. In the forum I discuss healthier alternative holiday dishes. And on my real business homepage I have added a sport and soccer page: But it getting harder to stay fit so I am here for inspiration and ideas:)

Soccer was my fun sport and I could stay fit just playing soccer. Now I moved too far away from the pick up games I used to do and I am looking for fun stuff to do without that...
