Hi I've been working out for almost a year now and I was just looking for some tips on how to get "cut" or get defined muscles. I'm nineteen yrs old 5'9 185lbs and I've lost about 25 lbs since last year. Now I'm just looking to build a lil more muscle and get rid of the "baby fat" around my stomach. I do basic workouts and do a 30 minute ab workout at my school twice a week. I also play basketball almost everyday for about a couple hours. So I'm basically looking for the nutrition tips(like what foods to eat, i know about the 6 small meals a day instead of 3 too), and maybe some supplements that maybe useful to help loose the hard to lose fat around my stomach. Any suggestions and responses would be greatly appreciated.
