Trying to get back...

Hi everyone! Until about seven years ago I was a fitness addict. Was at the gym five days a week, ran 12+ miles a day, did weights, the whole shebang. I did triathlons, marathons, you name it. Then I got sick, really, really sick. Seven years, a ton of steroids (the prescription kind that puts 70 pounds on you for looking at a rice cake) and innumerable pounds later, I graduated from nursing school, got my RN and am now trying to get back on some fitness routine. Will probably need some advice and cheerleading. While I would love to lose weight, I really just want to be fit again, to look down and see my quads ripple again!
Running away from the couch,

have you got any training routines at all? help is available for sure. since you haven't exercise for a long period , i would suggest you start very slowly and upgrade your workout with the time. what types of exercises do you like? I 'am asking you this question because i won''t advice anyone to do an exercise he/she does not enjoy. if you could be a bit precise , then i or someone else on this forum will be very happy to help you, alternatively you can check my site for more information.

hope to hear from you soon
