For example, what are you doing all day that you need to stay up until three doing schoolwork, which should be on top of your priorities. If the lack of sleep is affecting your school, then sleep when you normally train.
Some people can fit both into their lives. If you can't, then don't try to settle for a median. Both will be lacking and you'll be just as unhappy. Pick one or the other.
