Yes.. TrimSpa is being sued. There are articles online about this if you do a google search. There is a substance in the pill that is supposed to curb your appetite, but when tests were done to the pill, they couldn't find it. So now there are lawsuits flying. Anna Nicole didn't lose weight on the new formula of Trim Spa.. she used the ephedra-based Trim Spa which worked GREAT for me. I lost 10 pounds the first week of using it and ate all that I wanted. Not a healthy way to lose weight, but it worked.
