Treadmill Workouts

Hi everyone,
I asked this question in my diary, but thus far, no one has replied. Since I exercise regularly on my treadmill, esp. with winter coming up, I am looking for some new and different workouts that I can do. I am getting bored with mine. I would like some that incorporate walking and running, and with various inclines perhaps. I found a couple to try looking online doing a google search, but thought this site would be a good source of information...with all you people who do regular workouts.

Any workouts or web sites anyone can recommend?

Have you looked into the Couch to 5k program? Even if you don't want to complete the 5k part of it, I've really enjoyed the various workouts. They progress through longer and longer intervals over the course of the program. Sometimes when I just want a basic interval run, I go back to week 3 or so and do that.

Also you can mix it up by changing the incline on the treadmill as well, which makes it tougher. :)

There are also a ton of podcasts and music tracks that people have created to match the schedule of th C25k program. Do a google search on couch to 5k podcasts and you'll get tons.

My favorite is Robert Ullrey's podcasts, but it's very techo/trance based music and it might not appeal to everyone. :)
