Treadmill workout question

Ok so everyday at 5am I run for 2.5 miles at 5 miles an hour
and every after noon at 4pm I do the same again.

I am wondering if this is better then doing the fat burn programs on the treadmill where they have you put in your information and give you a target heartrate (126) and then adjust the settings for that?

I want to lose weight, I want to lose fat. Please help...
 
What does your food plan look like -that's your first and foremost thing you need to get in check...

so you're running 3 hours a day? and doing just cardio?

Yeah I run about an hour a day.

5:00am Breakfast
2 packets of oatmeal
8oz of fat free milk with carnation instant breakfast

9:30am Snack
Bottled Water
6oz of tuna or Chicken
Handful of baby carrots
Apple

12:00pm Lunch
Bottled Water
Light Yoplait Yogourt
Banana
Orange

6:00pm Dinner
Sandwich w/Light Mayo and wheat bread
or
Chicken And Rice
or
Tuna Patty Sandwich

All of which are around pretty low in calories especially the chicken and rice

Thats my M-F weekends aren't so structured but I don't eat anything bad really
