Traning question.

ok, i dont have the perfect schedule available like some of u might but here goes. ok, if i weight train tuesday, thursday, friday, and sunday and do HIIT monday and wednesday is that ok? Like, i dont want to over do my self by lifting day after day and i dont know what is too much. Yes, its a noob question but i dont kno...thanks
 
It depends on what you are exercising on those days. Make sure that it isn't too far of a split, where you are working only one muscle group a week, but don't make it too close either, where you aren't giving yourself enough rest. I would suggest an upper/lower split in your situation, or a full-body workout.
