Only the ignorant stop asking questions. - I can not remember who said that. Any one remember? I know i read it in one of my books.

Tully depends on what you have, However generally speaking - Your body needs its undivided attention to "fight" off the Bacteria/Virus. And working out While sick will prevent you from pushing your body to the limits (which negates the whole point) and waste energy that could be better spent on your immune system.

Honestly, Silent, I think that's you paraphrasing..or quoting yourself. Unless you mean a fitness or personal growth book. It does sound like one of those oft-repeated litanies.

Voltaire once said: Judge a man by his questions rather than his answers.

One of my favorite quotes is Einstein, on the importance of creativity and an open mind in the learning process: The mere formulation of a problem is far more essential than its solution, which may be merely a matter of mathematical or experimental skills. To raise new questions, new possibilities, to regard old problems from a new angle requires creative imagination and marks real advances in science.

Back on topic: Some recommend taking it easy on your workouts when you're sick (active recovery). Others say just rest up and get back to it when you're well. I can't really offer anecdotal advice, as I can't even remember the last time I was sick..I think it was chickenpox when I was 5.
