Training Help

Hey all, im new here just wondering if I could get some help with a weight training program and abit of nutrition.

Im a 17Y.O Male , about 180cm(5'9") and 66Kg(145 lbs) . I have good muscular endurance and cardio ( I usually get around 15.2 in the multi-satge fitness test ) but im pretty thin so pretty much what im looking for is to gain 5 to 10+ Kilo of muscle over the next few months.

Although I haven't used it myself, I've heard very good things about the 5x5 stronglifts available here, or Rippetoe's starting strength.

My advice would be to read these threads re: weight training and nutrition/diet

If you want to gain weight you need to increase your calorie intake, but please read the threads.
