Training Hard

Hi, I'm new to fitness.com

I came here because I get directed to the forums so often with questions posed to Google, it just made sense. I'm in the middle of the most rigorous training program of my life to date at a Muay Thai gym, and am expected to make a serious body fat cut by the end of next month. I have always been athletic and involved with fitness, but have never really pushed myself hard enough to achieve my full potential, which is what this new training is all about.
