Hey all, I'm new to the forum. I'm a 33 year old male who is in decent shape. I have been training for this tough mudder event that is about 6 months away. If you are not familiar with this event, it's a 10 mile running course with water, mud, hills, barbed wire, and many other obstacles. I am looking to bulk up some, increase my cardio, and tone up as well. With my work schedule, I'm at work for 2 days, then I'm off for 2 days. It lift free weights one day then do about a 2 mile run the other. I am up for any advise from weight training to supplements to diet to anything else. Thanks.
