I already train with weights but i need a fresh workout. I tried to make my own fullbody but i got bored of it as i wasnt getting results. I play number 8 for a rugby team and the season starts in september so i have a while to get into form before it starts. If you dont know what a number 8 is they basically have the same job as a halfback in american football but have to be faster and there are a lot more components to the game. so if anyoe would like to suggest anything it would be appreciated.
Also my knees get very sore and sieze up occasionally would it be a good idea to train my legs to strengthen joints etc or not?
