About 3 years ago at the age of 27 I looked in the mirror and decided I need a life change. I started working out and setting fitness goals and as I began to accomplish those goals I began to realize this is a lifestyle. Now I turn 30 in 2 days and am still continuing to charge forward with life, fitness, and training. One of the most gratifying things is to help others set and accomplish their fitness goals and to actually be a witness to their transformations.
