couple of months ago, on my diet and workout program, i had a low back muscle strain. which completed my workouts, and diet was not much serious. i wore my mom's tourmaline belt to help my strain muscle to get normal. after 2-3 weeks my back got much better, but i notice something else - my jeans got bigger a bit. i weighed and saw my weight down 4lb (i weighed 153lb). To confirm my discovery i kept wearing (3-4hours a day) the waist belt for next 4 weeks. i lost another 3lb and i can see my abs (ok, just a little), and i need to use belts for my pants to keep 'em up. does this belt help to lose weight? i didn't change my lifestyle much, nor did i drink any medicine. thanks!
