Touching your toes

ok so i have NO flexablility. i really need to learn how to stretch.
any1 have any good routines for stretching.

any1 else have this problem? i would like to become flexable.

google stretching exercises. Take them slow and if anything unusual hurts, stop and make sure you're doing it right, if it persists, dont use it. Get in the habit of stretching before any other kind of phsyical actitivty (walking/running) or just stretching to unwined.
 
Helps to stretch after exercise and physical activity too. Helps the muscles recover, and increases flexibility.

Yoga helps too.
 
For a BIG girl I'm very flexible. I can fold myself into a pretzel. I suggest taking things slow because your muscles will become more flexible and flexible everytime.
