Touching Base On My Progress

Hello everyone. So I've lost about 30 pounds so far (yay!) Anyway my weight has been staying around the same area for about three weeks now BUT I was able to go another notch on my belt today. Is it muscle gain or water retention? I'm a poor student/writer (Pretty much the same thing it feels like!) and unfortunately a lot of the food I can afford is canned goods. I try to watch my salt intake but I was wondering what affordable items I may want to consider buying for a budget.

well yea, if your eating alot of canned foods, then water retention could be a problem. Most things that are either canned, in a box, or sometimes even frozen uses TONS of salt as a preservative method. Although you might be shopping more often, I think going "fresh" is the best idea!

Other than salt, whats the rest of your diet look like?
