I was going to save up and have a smallish treat tomorrow cos I've been so good all week but for some reason I ate half a quiche, 5 buns and a sausage roll, on top of my normal food for the day.

Tomorrow's a new day. Get back on the horse and focus on your goals and motivations and put it behind you.

Yeah... one of the worst things you can do is let it get you down.
Remember, we all have had bad days or we wouldn't be visiting this website, right?
Just keeping doing what you can, and maybe get in a little extra exercise today or tomorrow. That will make you feel good! :)

We all slip up every now and then. Don't beat yourself up about it, the damage is already done. Just get right back on track.

This is a good chance to learn from what happened. I don't know if there is anyone out there that has been on a diet for any length of time, that this hasn't happened to. This happened to me over Christmas Break... I was at my Mom's house in Chicago, and had been doing so well, passing an incredible plate of various home-made cookies 3 days straight... one night, I was up late, and I decided I could have one... then one turned into 10, then 10 turned into 10 + 5 more from the stock-pile in the fridge, then I added some chocolate fudge (right out of the jar)... haha... thinking about it.. wow... I went whole hog, it's hard not to laugh about it in retrospect... I say that now, because I have lost 50 pounds in the last 5 months, INCLUDING that night of gorging myself.. the result, it didn't do as much damage as I thought... if you weight yourself everyday, skip the next few days and add another 20 minutes of exercise into your routine... and like everyone said, move on. keep on keeping on.
