Total Gym 1700 Club

Most bodybuilders and weight lifters don't care for them. I use one along with weights and like it a lot. If I wasn't interested in building muscle I would use it exclusively. I think you can get total fitness from the slant boards, just not a lot of strength and mass, more than most people have, but not as much as bbs and wls have.
 
Ok, thanks. Hubby and I plan on getting the additional weights that you can get. I hope that will do something more. I do feel sore, though so I'm hoping that it's doing something. LOL
