Total Gym 1000 instructionals

Hello, i recently bought a Total Gym 1000, but it didn't come with any exercize instructions.

Does anyone know if there are online sources that show which exercizes one can do with these type of machines?

A training/exercize program would be nice as well. :)
 
Can you at least find a picture of it online somewhere so I can see what you have? I can't give advice without knowing what you have to work with.

I've attached an image.

You're supposed to be able to do over 60 exercizes with it, but I have difficulty working out a plan and finding out which exercizes to choose for the different muscles.

There are several of these type of machines on the market under different brands. I'm sure you've must seen them before.

I've been searching a bit more and found the following page with the different exercizes

Now what I would like do is to create a schedule for myself.

So these are muscle groups:
Chest, biceps, abdominals, back, shoulders, legs and triceps.

So trying to create a workout schedule left me with the following questions:

Should I train muscle all groups daily or each other day and for how long?
Or maybe do certain muscle groups one day and the rest of the muscles the other day?

Not having done workouts for a long time, I should probably not start working out like a maniac :)
 
What is the general concensus of the Total Gym? My wife and I are considering the TG 1500. Cost is a driving factor (meaning low cost).

I have a total gym 3000 and have used it for 2 years
I really like it and use it 4 times weekly
