I hurt my groin many years ago while I was practicing football. We were exploding from a 4 point crouched position and my opposite pulled out of my path as I lunged my body toward him. with no resistance I hyper extrended my groin and with a major shot of pain. It took several months to heal, and you have to be very careful during rehab not to reinjure it.
Doing a leg lift while on my side was out of the question for quite awhile. I wondering if your injury gradually came upon you, or do you remember exactly when and what you were doing when it occurred?
