Torn ACL. Cardio suggestions?

I tore my ACL in April, and aside from strengthening I haven't done any legit cardio training since then. I had the reconstruction surgery a few weeks ago, and barring upper body weight training, yoga and pilates, have not done much of anything. PT starts soon, so that will take care of my leg and start the recovery process.

However, I have started to see the effects of not doing any cardio on my stomach, thighs, hips, and just about everywhere that the season calls for exposing in a bathing suit.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good cardio workout I can do without putting any stress on the knee or having to bend it too extensively? I do not have access to a pool at this time, which is limiting. I would greatly appreciate any advice from someone who has been through this or any kind of recovery process.
