Of course, you can burn through exercise, but most people whose diet consists mainly of junk food probably are not disciplined enough to follow an exercise routine. I know some people from the outside look like they are in good condition because they are not "fat, but have high cholesterol.
The fact that I feel to crush the hearts of many fans Twinkie there, I say. You can eat junk food, cookies, chips, ice cream, pizza, hamburgers .... All these "souls meeting the food" but should be in moderation. Anything in excess is never good.
