Took my shirt off!!!

Well....its been 4 weeks since ive began my new life. and let me tell you...its been so much fun!!

I read the Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle ebook...and wow...what a change....not only with health and begin fit but personality.

Yesturday I went swimming with this beautiful beautiful girl...and for the first time ever while i went swimming...i took my shirt off!!! wOOt!! my brother was like..."wow..i didnt think you were going to go swimming...let alone take your shirt off"

And Lastweek...for the first time ever(while with the same girl) I rode a rollercoaster...not once...but 4 times. lol. Before that...I've never riden a rollercoaster (22 and been afraid of them all my life..lol)

But thanks to that book...and these boards...i feel great. (even though ive only lost 8lbs...lol) But i wanna thank everyone...from the bottom of my heart!! And if you have not read the book...i suggest you get it and read it...it had me so pumped i couldnt put it down...took me 2 days to read 340 pages...lol

But thanks again...and on a lighter note...im going to ask this beautiful girl out on a date!!! YAYYYY!!! wish me luck!
 
it's a great feeling to be fit and look good. i've entered my 40's and you really see how bad people let themselves go by this time - almost all from lack of exercise and poor eating. i rarely see anyone my age at my weight and fitness level, and it only get's more apparent the older you get. take what you'ver learned and make that "life change" stick literally for your whole life. you'll be way ahead of the majority of the population if you do this, and will have opportunites most will never even know about. :)
 
Inspirational - truly inspirational.

I can really appreciate what you've gone through, and what shimmering says is 100% true - you have to make it stick. Call it your "new life" now, if you want, and soon enough, it will just become your "life". Exercise, fitness and a good diet will transform you, and become commonplace, and you will rise above those who cannot strive to be the best. You won't have to go looking very hard, as the opportunities WILL find you!

Now, tell me that it wouldn't be exciting if that Beautiful Girl (hey, it deserves capitalization!) isn't chasing YOU in a little while?

GOOD LUCK!! with the girl that is :) Nothing better than feeling great about urself and meeting someone to share that with!! CONGRATS :) Ya take her out on an awesome date :)
