Ok guys Im going to post this cause I love this site and all of you

And guys im at the lowest weight I have been in about 3 years

I started at my highest 268
here I am almost 40lb lighter 229. I cried when I got under 240 when I get to 200 im balling.

I owe a ton of my sucess to the wounderfull people here and thank you guys so much. I dont have a before picture. Well I do but I refuse to post it untill im under 200.

LOL Im 6ft tall which contributes to me holding the wieght well.

Thanx guys I very excited Im going through all my clothes that were tight or didn fit and seeing such a difference I even went out and baught 16 jeans
