Too Thin of Arms

Hello Everyone, I have gone from almost 350 pounds 2 years ago to 180 pounds at the moment. I think I have too thin of arms and i want to change that, what kind of nutrition should I have and what should i do to change that? I do tons of cycling and mountain biking, so i dont want to be huuggggeee. Thanks:)
 
Well, no diet (alone) can build muscle, so you're going to want to concentrate on weight training with your upper body.
 
Can Running and biking reduce muscle?

Can Running and Biking reduce muscle? I am down to a 4:30 mile, but thats because i do alot of training and biking.... will running and biking reduce the muscle mass i grow?
 
wow, 4.5 minutes for a mile is quite an accomplishment! i run a lot and although i havent actually timed myself on a mile i know i couldnt even come close to that. be lucky to do a 6 minute mile, probably.

you must be training a lot and i think you can definitely lose muscle mass that way if you dont eat enough and high quality foods. so maybe check your diet out? personally i do a lot of push ups/reverse pushups with my running routine so you might consider adding those as well.
